: 매매계약서 일반 거래 조건(General Terms and Conditions) 중 중재(Arbitration)은 다음과 같다.

  중재 (Arbitration) 

중재(Arbitration)는 수출입에 관한 분쟁이 발생시 법원의 판결로 가지 않고 본 매매계약서에 명기된 중재 기관의 중재에 따르며 중재인의 판결은 최종적임을 명시한다.

* Arbitration: 

All disputed, Controversies or differences which may arise between Seller and Buyer, out of or in relation to or in connection with this Contracts, or for the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under the Laws of KOREA. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
