① 알선 (Intermediation) : 제3자가 조언 (강제 구속력이 없음)

② 조정 (Conciliation) : 제3자인 조정인이 제시하는 조정안에 대해 클레임 당사자가 협의함으로써 분쟁해결 (조정안에 합의하면 화해에 의한 판정으로 처리한다.)

③ 중재 (Arbitration) : 제 3자인 중재인의 판정에 의해 분쟁해결 (뉴욕협약 상 법원의 확정 판결과 동일한 효력)

All disputes, controversies or differences which may arise between the parties, out of or in relation to or in connection with this contract, or for the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under the Laws of Korea.  The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned. 이 계약으로부터 또는 이 계약과 관련하여 또는 이 계약의 불이행으로 말미암아 당사자 간에 발생하는 모든 분쟁, 논쟁 또는 의견차이는 대한민국 서울특별시에서 대한상사중재원의 상사중재규칙 및 대한민국 법에 따라 중재인의 의하여 최종적으로 해결한다.  중재인(들)에 의하여 내려지는 판정은 최종적인 것으로 당사자 쌍방에 대하여 구속력을 가진다.
